Joyce Siette

Biography: Dr Joyce Siette is a Research Theme Fellow Health and Wellbeing at The MARCS Institute, Western Sydney University and Honorary Research Fellow at the Australian Institute of Health Innovation at Macquarie University. She has a background in neuropsychology, behavioural learning, social psychiatry, public health, aged care and digital health. Dr Siette has brought together leading national and international multidisciplinary researchers to increase research priorities into upstreaming dementia prevention and strengthening research methods. Her recent work has made substantial contributions to understanding the social needs and outcomes of older adults receiving aged care and providing a practical framework to designing and collecting high quality network data.
