Abstract: In this short presentation I will explore the data from nursing human resource, collaboration and outcomes including methodology and results from the current research work. The main focus will be on the statistical modeling particularly the random components and model development for the project and joint
collaboration effort. This presentation will be followed by Professor Emmanuel Lesaffre talk which will also focus on Mixed Models development for the analysis of large data, abstract below.

Biography: Kenan Matawie is currently a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics, UWS. He is an academic statistician with strong interest in application of statistics, especially research in statistical modelling and advance data analysis and developing statistical methods motivated by real-world problems. Kenan is currently connected and contributing to two UWS research groups/centres and three national and international research centres, especially Erasmus Medical Centre, Department of biostatistics.
